• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• All original tags, labels, and packaging must remain attached and intact.
• The product must not show signs of wear, alteration, damage, or use.
• The exchange request must be raised within the applicable exchange period.
• You must provide your order number and product details when requesting an exchange.
• Exchanges are subject to product and size availability.
• If the requested replacement is unavailable, we will provide an alternative resolution where applicable.
• Shipping charges for exchanges will be handled according to our applicable shipping and return terms.

3. Products Not Eligible for Exchange

• Products that have been washed, altered, worn, or damaged after delivery.
